Josh Charles is the grumpy lead in new series Best Medicine. Plus: it’s Alan Carr’s maximalist Interior Design Masters final. Here’s watch to watch this evening 8pm, Sky One “I find the people here demanding, irrational and far too chatty in supermarkets.” Like Martin Clunes’s Doc Martin – upon which this US comedy is based – Martin Best just wants to be left alone. He’s good at his job, but his bedside manner leaves plenty to be desired. However, his hopes of a quiet life in a small fishing village in Maine are set to be repeatedly dashed.
