Madison Sheahan was appointed to DHS position in March despite having no law enforcement experience Madison Sheahan, a Trump ally and the second-ranking official at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), said on Thursday she is ditching her leadership position to run for Congress in Ohio.
