Air-safety authorities have started an investigation after a Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd. passenger jet was forced to abort its takeoff at Sydney Airport when a Qantas Airways Ltd. aircraft crossed the runway. It was the third safety incident at the airport in two weeks.
