The death of the media mogul who transformed TV news was confirmed by his family and reported by CNN Ted Turner, the media mogul who founded CNN , has died at 87, CNN reported on Wednesday, citing a news release from Turner Enterprises. In a statement , Mark Thompson, the chairman and CEO of CNN Worldwide said that “Ted was an intensely involved and committed leader, intrepid, fearless and always willing to back a hunch and trust his own judgement.” Continue reading...
