Authorities estimate over 800,000 could be affected by the strikes on Dnipropetrovsk’s energy infrastructure More than one million people are left without water and heat in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine after another round of Russian strikes on energy infrastructure overnight, the authorities said.
