Abu Dhabi’s sovereign-wealth manager is launching a $13 billion liquefied natural gas export terminal being developed on the US Gulf Coast by Kimmeridge Energy Management Co. as the Iran war upends global supplies of the fuel, according to a statement by Kimmeridge’s company Caturus.
