Emmanuel Macron has renewed his call for China to use its leverage with Russia to help end the war in Ukraine. During his three-day state visit to China, the French President warned Xi Jinping against disrupting the world order. Macron is also pushing for more Chinese investment as he seeks to narrow a persistent trade gap. The US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff is due to meet Ukrainian officials in Miami, following his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
