Venezuelan opposition leader and 2025 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate María Corina Machado tells Bloomberg that the deaths of Venezuelans killed amid the US crackdown on drug trafficking in Caribbean waters are the responsibility of President Nicolás Maduro.
