Insomnia advice | Raging wildfires | Dinner or supper? | Simple meal plan | Best travelling attire I noted with interest Dr Jemma King’s advice to aid sleeping by making a to-do list before going to bed ( 13 surprising reasons you’re always dog tired – and what to do about it, 24 July ). One of the examples given was: “Call Sammy’s teachers at 10.30am”. As a teacher of 34 years of broken sleep, I am going to take Dr King’s advice by creating my own list. Item 1: ignore Sammy’s parent’s phone call at 10.30am as I will be too busy teaching. If it’s important, they will leave a message. I feel better already.
