CVC Capital Partners Plc, the Amsterdam-listed private equity firm, has named former KKR & Co. India chief Sanjay Nayar as chairman of its advisory board in the South Asian nation, in a move aimed at deepening its presence in one of Asia’s fastest-growing private equity markets, according to people familiar with the matter.
