Clayton Dubilier & Rice agreed to buy Sealed Air Corp. in a deal valuing the packaging company that invented Bubble Wrap at $6.2 billion. The private equity firm will pay $42.15 a share for Charlotte, North Carolina-based Sealed Air, according to a statement Monday.
